There is often times a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle; we know what’s good for our bodies, but we don’t always act accordingly. Fit-trition aims to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual's unique circumstances. Whether it is weight loss or weight management, managing a dietary condition, or developing a healthy relationship with food, Fit-trition offers a variety of services and packages designed to meet your needs.

ABOUT FIT-TRITION

Our passion is helping others achieve their health goals through optimal nutrition. We are committed to helping people live healthy lives through nutrition education on the prevention of chronic disease through a healthy diet and active lifestyle. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now known as Rutgers University). Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetic from Rutgers University. We have implement nutrition education programs and cooking demonstrations for the general public, as well as for special populations, including patients with diabetes, renal disease, heart disease, Alzheimer's disease, obesity, and school-aged children. We are very excited to get to know you and help you on your journey.
