Be a Healthier You!!
Has your New year’s resolution already started to fizzle out? Do you find yourself losing weight, only to gain it and more back? Do you feel fatigued and have a lack of energy most days? Come be a part of your very own specialized and supportive nutrition program to not only get back on track, but to become a Healthier You! We are conducting a program designed to help provide you with knowledge and tools to become healthier and overcome those road blocks that we all encounter in our daily lives. Your Fit-trition dietitians: Lisa D’Angelo, RD, CNM & Sara Chestnut, RD This is an 8 week program that will start the first week of June through the last week of July (actually runs for 9 weeks since there is no meeting the week of July 16th). There will be weekly meetings that are not mandatory, but will provide support and knowledge. These meetings will likely be held in the afternoon/evening, but days and times are to be determined based on the majority of the participants’ availability. All goals should be attainable and measureable, weights and waist circumference will be obtained at the weekly meetings as a way to track your progress (This will be private and kept confidential). If you are not able to attend a meeting than you will be on the honor system to provide your own numbers. You dietitians will also be available to provide support, answer questions, or give tips at any time throughout this program. We are here to help you! There will also be a private FB page developed for the program participants for open discussions and continuous tips. The cost of the “Be a Healthier You” Program is $10 per week for a total of $80 for the program. This is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise discussed with Lisa or Sara. This is a one-time fee for the entire program and all that it offers. There is a 15 person enrollment minimum for this program.
