Which milk do you choose?

Milk has many benefits including: being a great source of calcium. Milk is also filled with Vitamin D that helps the body absorb calcium. Calcium intake is important to developing and strong and healthy bones and teeth. Milk also has other vitamins and minerals that the body needs and is good fluid to keep your body hydrated.
