Sweet Snack Attack

Snacking can be a difficult challenge to overcome. A lot of people are plagued with late night cravings; whether it is due to hunger, stress, boredom, or a number of other reasons. Here are some tips for some healthier options to try when you are craving a sweet snack: 

Cut a peach in half and sprinkle with cinnamon, bake until softened, and top with some fat free whipped cream. 

If your craving ice cream, try some Italian ice instead. It still give you that frosty, sweet flavor, but is lower in calories. 

Drizzle chocolate on fresh fruit. A small amount of chocolate goes a long way and you get added vitamins, minerals, and fiber from the fruit .

Make a yogurt parfait with vanilla greek yogurt, cinnamon, fresh berries, and a little granola.
