Power Up With Breakfast
I'm sure you've heard the phrase that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well....this is actually true. Eating a nutritious breakfast not only provides you with added nutrients, but also gives you energy for the day, and kick-starts your metabolism. This helps you burn more calories throughout the day. There are a lot of people who will intentionally skip bfast when they are trying to lose weight as a means to consume less calories, however this can actually be a hinderous action as your not activating your metabolism first thing in the morning. So remember to power up with breakfast!!
