Cranberry Vanilla Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
3 T butter
¼ cup applesauce
1 cup white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 (8oz) can cranberry sauce
½ cup dried cranberries (optional)
½ cup walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Grease and flower a bunt cake pan.
Mixed together the butter and sugar.
Add applesauce, almond extract, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, salt, yogurt, cranberry sauce.
Add flour and stir in cranberries and walnuts if using
Pour batter into cake pan.
Bake 45 minutes until gold brown
