Here are some other ways to serve up that oh so delicious watermelon: · Grill watermelon slices, then drizzle with honey and lime · Use it with shrimp on a kebab. · Use watermelon in place of tomatoes in a citrus salsa. · Use its juice as a glaze on shrimp or pork.
